These Terms of Service govern use of CreatorVideo, a web service that helps users create promotional short videos from product images and upload user-approved videos to TikTok inbox drafts.

Use of the Service

Users may use the service to upload images, generate video prompts, create videos, review generated content, and upload approved videos to a connected TikTok account. Users are responsible for all content they submit, generate, upload, or publish.

TikTok Account Authorization

The service uses TikTok OAuth to connect a user's TikTok account. Users may disconnect their TikTok account at any time. We only perform TikTok actions that the user authorizes and initiates through the service.

User Content

Users must have the rights needed to use any images, text, videos, brands, trademarks, music, or other materials submitted to the service. Users may not use the service to create or upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or platform-prohibited content.

No Automatic Public Posting

Unless a future direct publishing feature is separately approved and enabled, uploaded TikTok videos are sent to the user's TikTok inbox as drafts. Users must review and manually publish content in TikTok.

Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers, including TikTok, AI model providers, hosting providers, and video generation tools. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, or successful completion of every video generation or upload task.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
