CreatorVideo helps users create short promotional videos from product images and upload user-approved videos to TikTok. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can control their data.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when users use the service:

• Images, prompts, generated video commands, and video files submitted or created by the user.
• TikTok account authorization information provided through TikTok OAuth, including access tokens and account identifiers needed to operate the integration.
• Upload records, publish identifiers, task status, and basic technical logs used to operate and troubleshoot the service.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide the app's core features, including image analysis, video command generation, video creation, TikTok account connection, TikTok upload, status tracking, and service maintenance.

TikTok Integration

When a user connects a TikTok account, TikTok OAuth is used to request only the permissions needed by the service. With Content Posting API access, the app uploads only videos that the user selects and approves. In the current upload flow, videos are sent to the user's TikTok inbox as drafts for the user to review and manually publish in TikTok.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with TikTok only when necessary to perform actions requested by the user, such as connecting a TikTok account or uploading an approved video. We may also use service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the application.

Data Storage and Security

Uploaded files, generated videos, tokens, and task records may be stored on our server for application operation. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

User Choices

Users may disconnect their TikTok account from the app at any time. Users may request deletion of uploaded content, generated records, or account connection data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
